At KA IT, digital signage starts at 29 €/month excl. VAT per screen, with 120 € for hardware and 150 € for installation. For 2 to 5 screens, the rate drops to 25 €/month/screen. Beyond 6 screens: 19 €/month/screen. All plans are commitment-free.
For a digital restaurant menu, we recommend a 43 or 55-inch screen in portrait format. The included media player handles automatic lunch/dinner scheduling. You update your dishes and prices from your phone in just a few clicks.
Yes. The media player stores content locally. If the connection drops, the screen continues to display the last programmed content. Updates sync automatically once the connection is restored.
Absolutely. You access a simple web interface from your phone or computer. Drag and drop your images, videos or text, schedule display times, and it goes live in seconds. User training is included in every plan.
Yodeck and ScreenCloud are self-service platforms: you manage everything yourself (installation, configuration, troubleshooting). KA IT is a local turnkey service: we install on-site, configure, monitor 24/7 and intervene in case of failure. Support in French and Dutch, based in Brussels.
